Thank you for using digital signatures at the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF! In the following you can find instructions how to sign a document digitally for ORF by using a freely positionable qualified electronic signature.

Following the link sent to you by e-mail or text message, you can open the document using any popular web browser.

After reading the paper, you can place your signature at any position within the document. Click onto the “+“ sign at the top left of the screen to add a signature field.

Drag the signature field to the preferred position. Please note that the position of the signature field cannot be changed afterwards.

By clicking onto the grey shaded signature field, you can place your signature. Type in your username respectively your mobile phone number and your signature password when asked to.

Confirm your entries by clicking the “Identify” button and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you are signing by mobile phone signature, open the app on your mobile phone that is connected to your mobile phone signature to confirm the signature.
If your mobile phone signature is not connected to an app, a verification code (TAN) will be sent to you by text message. To confirm your signature, you must type in this verification code when asked.
By confirming your signature in any way, you have placed your signature and can now forward the document by clicking “Finalize document” on the top left on the screen.

After transmitting the document, you can download the signed document or send it by e-mail.

You can download the document by clicking the button next to the title of the document. To forward the signed document by e-mail, click “Send e-mail”. Within the window, you can enter up to six e-mail addresses. By clicking the “Send” button, an e-mail containing the document will be sent to all the recipients.
