Optional Additional Signatures

Thank you for using digital signatures at the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF! You can find instructions concerning optional additional signatures on this website.

If the originator of the document has activated the option to nominate further persons to sign the document, the window “Unknown signers detected” appears after transmitting the document.

By activating the checkbox „Signature is required” you can enter the mobile phone number or the e-mail address (one of them is required).

Confirm your entries by clicking on the “Save” button to send the e-mail or text message containing the link to sign the document to all persons added.

Please note that all messages are sent at the same time. Therefore, it is not possible to force a sequence of signations.

Because of that, it is possible that several persons open the document at the same time. In this case, when transmitting the document an error message appears since the document cannot be edited by more than one person at the same time.

If this error message appears, please close the document and open it – where necessary later on – once again.
